How does the AI generate my workout program?

Our AI analyzes your fitness profile, including your goals, experience level, available equipment, and training preferences. It then creates a personalized multi-week program designed to help you progress safely and effectively. As you log workouts and provide feedback, the AI adapts your program to optimize your results.

Can I use Liftune offline?

Yes! Liftune is built offline-first. Your workout programs and exercise library are available even without an internet connection. When you're back online, your data syncs automatically in the background.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone's Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > select Liftune > Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Does Liftune sync with Apple Health?

Yes! Liftune integrates with Apple Health to sync your workout data, including exercises, duration, and calories burned. You can enable this in the app settings. This allows you to see your Liftune workouts alongside your other health and fitness data.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to the app Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it first through the App Store.

Can I import my existing workout program?

Yes! Liftune's program import feature allows you to scan or photograph your existing workout program. Our AI will extract the exercises, sets, and reps, converting it into a format you can track in the app.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to your workout history and basic tracking features. However, you will lose access to premium features like AI program generation and advanced analytics until you resubscribe.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Simply download Liftune on your new device and sign in with the same Apple ID used for your subscription. Go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. Your subscription and data will be restored automatically.

Is my workout data backed up?

Yes, your workout data is securely backed up to our cloud servers when you're connected to the internet. This means you won't lose your progress if you switch devices or reinstall the app.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

We love hearing from our users! You can report bugs or suggest features by emailing us at support@liftune.com. Please include as much detail as possible, including your device model and iOS version for bug reports.
